- NOT sleeping Late, EVERYday be on Bed Before 12am (unless Busy Period, the latest is 2am~)
- NO Junk Food - Sweets, Chips, Biscuit, Fast Food~ (avoid unhealthy food)
- Regular Meals with Vegetable and Fruits
- Play sports Each week (any type of sports, ex: basketball or swimming)

After yesterday realising how worrying it is, when another half of yours is sick, i decided I will learn to love and take care myself.
